At Miss Amber.MD, every journey begins with a private, one-to-one consultation. During this in-depth session, your goals, concerns, and facial anatomy are expertly assessed to design a bespoke treatment plan tailored entirely to you. Whether you’re new to aesthetic treatments or looking to enhance and refine previous results, your experience will be discreet, personalised, and grounded in clinical excellence.
Cancellation Policy
MISS AMBER.MD – Bookings & Cancellation Policy At Miss Amber.MD, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless, professional, and luxurious experience for every client. To ensure smooth clinic operations and fairness to all clients and team members, the following terms and conditions apply: Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure all treatment appointments booked via WhatsApp and full payment is required if booking online. • For consultations, a £50 advance payment is required at the time of booking via WhatsApp, and full payment is required if booking online. This amount is fully redeemable against any treatment undertaken within 3 months of your consultation date. • All payments must be made via our approved booking system or through direct arrangement with our Patient Care Coordinator. Payment Policy • All appointments must be fully prepaid at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. • If payment is not received by this time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, unless it is a free follow-up appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling • As a courtesy to other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the treatment cost. Age Policy • We do not treat individuals under the age of 18. Clients must be 21 years or older to undergo treatment at Miss Amber.MD. Medical & Religious Considerations • Please notify our team in advance if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or religious considerations that may affect your treatment. Arrival Time • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation or treatment. This allows you time to relax and helps us to introduce you to our clinic environment. • If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent clients. Clinic Etiquette • We operate a zero-tolerance policy for rude or disrespectful behaviour towards our team. • To protect the privacy of all clients and staff, photograph and videography are strictly prohibited within the clinic.
