Client Health & Safety Policy Including COVID-19 Precautions
At Miss Amber MD, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients and staff remain our top priority. While government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, we continue to maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control across our clinics.
We have adopted a balanced, precautionary approach to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Our Ongoing Safety Measures

• All clinical areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitised regularly.
• Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the clinic for client and staff use.
• Our practitioners may wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where appropriate, particularly during close-contact treatments.
• Contactless payments are encouraged wherever possible.
• Clients showing symptoms of illness (including COVID-19, flu, or other contagious conditions) are kindly asked to reschedule their appointment for the
safety of others.

When Additional Precautions May Apply
In certain circumstances—such as public health alerts, seasonal outbreaks, or client-specific needs—we may reintroduce measures like:
• Face coverings for staff and/or clients.
• Social distancing in waiting areas.
• Pre-appointment health screenings or temperature checks.
If any such measures are in place at the time of your appointment, our team will notify you in advance.

We ask all clients to:
• Inform us prior to their appointment if they are feeling unwell.
• Follow any guidance provided by our team during their visit.
• Respect the health and safety of fellow clients and staff.
